Keep Left has been appointed agency of record for Dairy Australia's community marketing program. The PR and influencer agency secured the assignment following a competitive pitch, according to a July 23 announcement from Keep Left.

The scope covers Dairy Australia's community marketing work, the ongoing effort to communicate with consumers and stakeholders outside of traditional paid media channels. Keep Left will lead that program, working directly with the dairy industry body's marketing team.

Dairy Australia is the national services body for the country's dairy industry, funding research, marketing and advocacy on behalf of dairy farmers and processors. Community marketing sits alongside Dairy Australia's broader advertising efforts, which have historically spanned nutrition education, sustainability messaging and farmer-facing communications.

Keep Left specializes in PR and influencer strategy, a discipline increasingly bundled into agency of record assignments as brands consolidate community-facing work under a single partner rather than splitting it across multiple vendors. Dairy Australia has not disclosed which other agencies were in contention for the assignment.

Terms of the agreement, including contract length and budget, were not disclosed. Neither Keep Left nor Dairy Australia specified which individuals will lead the account on either side.

The win adds to Keep Left's Australian client roster and marks a new Keep Left-Dairy Australia partnership focused specifically on community engagement rather than the brand's broader above-the-line advertising, which remains handled separately. Keep Left has not indicated whether the scope will expand beyond community marketing.

No start date for the program was specified in the announcement.
