Market Place rolled out Dog-Tails this month: a canine cocktail menu launching simultaneously at their Vauxhall, St Pauls, and Leicester Square food halls.

Holly Hilton developed the campaign for Market Place, creating drink concepts designed for dogs visiting the brand's London locations. The menu launches in April across all three venues.

The campaign targets the intersection of London's dog-owning demographic and the food halls' social dining model. Market Place operates multiple locations where pets are permitted. Dog-Tails formalizes that positioning with dedicated beverage options.

Hilton confirmed her role in both concept development and execution. The campaign represents Market Place's approach to experiential dining: building menu offerings around customer behavior patterns rather than traditional F&B categories.

The three-location launch gives Market Place immediate scale. Vauxhall, St Pauls, and Leicester Square represent different London neighborhoods with distinct customer profiles, allowing the brand to test Dog-Tails across varied contexts simultaneously.

Market Place food halls combine multiple vendors under one roof, operating in the fast-casual segment where customer dwell time and repeat visits drive revenue. Dog-friendly policies reduce friction for pet owners who might otherwise choose takeout over on-site dining.

The campaign went live this month. Market Place has not disclosed whether Dog-Tails will expand to additional locations beyond the initial three venues.
