VCCP rolled out Primark's spring 2026 campaign this week. The work runs across TV, social, DOOH, radio and brand partnerships under Primark's 'That's so Primark' platform.

The campaign is titled 'Shockingly Chic.' VCCP holds the global agency of record relationship with Primark, the Irish fast-fashion retailer with 450+ stores across Europe and the U.S.

VCCP is a London-based independent agency founded in 2002. The shop has 700+ staff across 11 offices. Primark came to VCCP in 2019 after a competitive pitch that included holding company networks.

The 'That's so Primark' platform launched in 2023 as the retailer's first major brand repositioning in years. The strategy positions Primark's low prices as a feature, not an apology: celebrating value rather than defending it.

'Shockingly Chic' marks the spring 2026 execution of that platform. The campaign timing aligns with Primark's spring fashion rollout, which typically drives 30-35% of annual apparel revenue for European fast-fashion retailers.

VCCP's Primark work includes the retailer's first Super Bowl advertising (2024), its TikTok partnership strategy, and the brand's expansion into connected TV. The agency also handles Primark's U.S. market entry communications: the retailer opened 9 American stores in 2024-2025.

The campaign creative and media spend details were not disclosed. Primark does not typically release campaign budget figures.
